Twilight

The days are slowly getting shorter and I can't wait. I miss twilight time but living in England means I can only experience it from Feb-April and mid-August-October. At other times of the year, I am either in university or getting ready to go to bed during the no-man's-zone of the day. I enjoy sipping tea in the sitting room of my shared house as the light fades. Or, a walk on the downs close by, which are deserted at that time of the day except for the odd jogger or fellow oddball. Twilight for me is a time to sit still and observe the daylight melt into darkness. A time for quiet contemplation, which is my favourite passtime.
